β€’ Custom or pre-order items may take longer; details will be listed in the product description.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and digital nature of most journaling items, all sales are final.

Refunds or replacements are only offered if:

β€’ Your order arrived damaged (please provide a photo within 3 days of delivery).

We do not issue refunds for delays caused by postal services.

All designs, artwork, and digital content are owned by Journal with Phey.

We currently ship within Canada and the U.S.

2. Shipping Time

β€’ Philippines & International: 10–25 business days

Shipping times may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.

3. Tracking

A tracking number (if available) will be emailed once your order ships.

Some economy shipping options may not include tracking.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the postal carrier.

If your order is delayed or lost, please contact your local postal service first β€” we’ll do our best to assist, but we can’t guarantee replacements for lost mail without tracking.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for items delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.
